PASSING the John Allen centre yesterday, I was dismayed to see the old Grove Cranes fascia has gone.
I seem to remember it was listed, and that B&Q were not permitted to remove it, although they did in fact move it slightly from its original site.
I have seen no coverage from the Oxford Mail either. Can someone please explain?
