OXFORD: A beggar has been handed an Antisocial Behaviour Order (Asbo) banning him from asking anyone in Oxford for cash.
Ashley Nimmo, 24, is also prohibited from sitting within 10 metres of a cashpoint and within five metres of an entrance to a shop, college or pub in the city.
The order was made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court last month and will last for three years.
