Damon Alvey, 44, of Gascoigne Way, Bloxham, admitted drink driving in Banbury on July 15. Had 101 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Banned from driving for 24 months and fined £415 and £85 costs and to pay a £42 victims’ surcharge.

Richard Mason, 53, of Hunts Close, Stonesfield, Witney, admitted drink driving in Hunts Close, Stonesfield on July 17. Had 103 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Banned from driving for 24 months and fined £,1085, a £109 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Haddock, 38, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted shoplifting three bottles of cider worth £12.87 from Londis in Banbury on May 6. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Gary McFarlane, 20, of Hazel Grove, Bicester, admitted assault by beating in Bernwood Road, Bicester on September 11, 2012. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for six weeks. Also admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 in Moor Pond Close, Bicester on May 4. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for seven days, forthwith consecutive six weeks for assault.

Kirk Mortimer, 25, of Hughes Close, Charlbury, Oxfordshire, stole 12 bottles of Stella Artois to the value of £8 from the Co-op in Charlbury on April 7. Community order made and told to pay £8 compensation.

Michael Lapeyre, 33, of Mortimer Drive, Marston, Oxford, admitted driving at a speed exceeding 30mph (37mph) in Marston Road, Oxford on March 2. Fined £100, told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

Rachel Matheson, 35, of Ruskin Walk, Bicester, admitted assault by beating in Bicester on June 18. Told to do 80 hours of unpaid community work in the next year. Also told to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Benjamin Woodward, 27, of Beaumaris Close, Banbury, admitted possessing a loaded/unloaded air weapon in a public place in Beaumaris Close, Banbury on March 9. Told to do £100 hours of unpaid community work in the next year. Also told to pay £75 compensation and a £60 victims’ surcharge.

Michal Gorny, 36, of Colwell Drive, Witney, admitted drink driving in Kings Court, Carterton on July 14. Had 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Banned from driving for 20 months and fined £110, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Aiden Hornsby, 21, of Brize Norton, admitted assault by beating on June 14 in Langdale Court, Witney. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
