CORY BETNAY, 19, of Benouville Close, Oxford, admitted damaging a mobile phone without lawful excuse in Oxford on July 8. Told to pay £100 and £85 costs.

ABDALAH AMINU, 35, of Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in Oxford on February 17. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

LANCE HEAVER, 22, of Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Oxford on March 15. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.

SIMON WILLIAMS, 31, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on April 22. Fined £100, £150 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £150 costs.

VICTOR ST CLAIR, 45, of Knights Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on May 1. Community order made and told to do 120 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Also told to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge, and £50 costs.

ANTONY BEGLEY, 26, of The Vineyard, Abingdon, convicted of assault by beating in The Vineyard, Abingdon on April 23. Given a three-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

ANN MCDONAGH, 47, of Fiennes Road, Oxford, admitted using racially or religiously aggravated words with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on October 4. Community order made with an activity and a three-month curfew requirement. Restraining order also made and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

MARK JACKSON, 23, of Hampden Road, Wantage, admitted drink-driving in Wantage Road, Didcot on July 6. Had 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted driving without a licence and insurance. Fined £125, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £50 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.

KRISHNA THEBE, 49, of Rivermead Road, Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Desborough Crescent, Rose Hill, Oxford on June 8. Had 103 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 micrograms. Fined £125, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £50 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ANDREW KIDBY, 20, of no fixed address, admitted stealing medication in Abingdon on July 22. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

SCOTT GORDON, 42, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis at St Aldate’s Police Station, Oxford on July 6. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

JAWAD KHAN, 18, of Glebe Road, Didcot, admitted driving dangerously in Tamar Way, Didcot on June 2. Also admitted driving without insurance. Community order made and told to do 200 hours’ unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Told to pay £200 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 24 months.

BRENDAN CHALK, 20, of The Square, Aston, convicted of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Gloucester Green, Oxford on February 2. Community order made and told to do 100 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Also told to pay £1,000
