A teenager and a man were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital Hospital after a crash near Little Milton.
A boy in his mid-teens received a head injury and a man in his 40s suffered a leg injury in the two-vehicle collision at 6.15pm on Monday.
They were both taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital after the crash on the A329, between Thame Road in Great Milton and Chiltern View in Little Milton.
Three other people were treated for minor injuries by paramedics at the scene The road, pictured, was closed while a fuel spillage was cleared.
