THE People’s Supermarket is a worthy enterprise and it will be disappointing if it fails in the Cowley Road because it was going to succeed anywhere, it would be East Oxford.
But it is similar to so many other community businesses like pubs, post offices and other corner shops.
If the locals don’t support it, they can’t cry crocodile tears when it closes.
