As several of your readers have rightly pointed out, if the Inspector had ruled in favour of the Cogges Link Road, it would be under way by now. Because he ruled comprehensively in favour of the Shores Green interchange, disgruntled councillors are finding every excuse they can to delay or thwart implementing his decision.
Their intransigence has already cost the council taxpayers of Oxfordshire a hefty sum.
I suggest they get a move on, before they land us with another hefty bill for maladministration.
