The board of the county’s new health and social care watchdog was announced yesterday, following an election.
Healthwatch Oxfordshire is the statutory link between patients and health and social care bosses and the members will have the power to hold bodies to account.
Jacquie Pearce-Gervis will represent acute care, Anita Higham health inequalities, Jamie Miller long-term conditions and physical disabilities, Anne Clilverd mental health, Amanda Smithdale older people, Jean Nunn-Price primary care and Dermot Roaf public health.
Healthwatch took over from predecessor Oxfordshire LINk in the role and is being run by charity Oxfordshire Rural Communities Council (ORCC).
Its director is Rosalind Pearce.
