COULD someone please tell me the answer to this.
From the M40 Wendlebury junction to (I think it could be) the M3 at Winchester, every slip road on and off has been closed at some time.
However, when they re-open them, there is no sign of new tarmac. Are they doing something we don’t know about – my thoughts are charging ‘pay as you go’ at sometime ?
