THIS patriotic pixie was flying the flag for her local children’s centre.
Caidy Page was one of 100 people who went to a fundraising fun day at Slade and Headington Children’s Centre on Saturday.
Face painting and fun games, like a lolly lottery and guess the name of the bear, helped raise money for the centre to run adult learning courses and summer holiday activities.
Caidy, aged seven, from Wood Farm said: “I had a really fun day, I wish we did it every day. I like doing arts at the children’s centre, and I make a lot of friends there.”
Caidy’s mum, Kimberley Page, helped organise the fun day with fellow volunteer, Simone James.
Volunteers will count the money raised tomorrow.
