A taxi driver assaulted another driver in a spat over a fare collection point.
At about 11am on Monday, July 15, a Hackney carriage driver pulled up at a taxi rank in Between Towns Road, Cowley, where a private hire vehicle not licensed to collect fares was parked.
The Hackney carriage driver asked him to move on and phoned a licensing officer when the man refused. The private hire driver hit the Hackney carriage driver on his forehead before driving off. Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call 101.
