Councillors will seal the fate of a kebab van in Headington at a meeting tonight.
The city council has received 33 complaints about the First Class Diner van in Warneford Lane.
Parents and staff at nearby Cheney School say it undermines the school’s healthy eating policy.
The council’s licensing committee will review owner Mehmet Yilmaz’s licence at its meeting at 5.30pm at the Town Hall.
