A report into the nursery suspended by Ofsted is expected next week.
The Co-operative Childcare in Blackbird Leys was shut last week because of child safety concerns and the provider has refused to release details about the concerns and staff suspensions.
Ofsted issued a six-week suspension on July 15 after a surprise inspection at the nursery in Cuddesdon Way.
But the nursery was allowed to reopen on Monday after Ofsted lifted the suspension.
Ofsted spokeswoman Nikki Blemings said: βAt any one point we can lift that suspension if the nursery makes changes.β
