A BICESTER man has appeared at Oxford Crown Court charged with causing death by careless driving.
Daniel Fallaw, of Peregrine Way, attended a preliminary hearing yesterday following an accident on December 4 last year.
The 35-year-old is accused of causing the death of David Parris while driving a Ford Escort on the A41 and A4421.
He did not enter a plea and will return to the crown court for a plea and case management hearing on October 21 this year.
Fallaw was granted bail.
