OXFORD: Taxi licences will be reviewed at a meeting of councillors next week.
The city council’s hackney carriages and private hire licensing committee will meet at the Town Hall on Tuesday from 5.30pm.
During the meeting, the committee will look at a new application for permission to drive taxis in the city, and review the licences of several drivers who have received convictions or police cautions for driving offences.
Details of the drivers or their offences will not be revealed by the council, and the meeting will be held in private.
