ABINGDON: Two men have been charged with burglary after cash and alcohol was stolen in a raid at Abingdon Rugby Club.
Police yesterday charged 31-year-old Colin Stopps from Dene Hollow, Chilton, and 40-year-old Desmond Dawson from Paradise Street,Oxford.
The pair, who are accused of raiding the Lambrick Way venue between July 7 and 8, were released on bail to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 5.
