ABINGDON: A man has appeared in Oxford Crown Court charged with fraud.
Timothy Smith, of Allder Close, Abingdon, has been accused of three counts of VAT fraud committed on November 27, 2011, March 7, 2012 and May 5, 2012.
He appeared yesterday at the crown court for a preliminary hearing but did not enter a plea.
A plea hearing has been scheduled for August 30 this year and Smith was released on bail.
