OXFORD: Green MEP Keith Taylor hosted a screening of a film about fracking last night.
The film – called Drill Baby Drill – is about the effects of fracking, which is a controversial technique used to extract shale gas from the ground.
It was shown at the Quaker Meeting House in St Giles.
A 347sq mile expanse in the north of Oxfordshire has been identified as a possible source of shale gas by the British Geological Survey.
