A man arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman and dragging her towards a car has been released without charge.
The 41-year-old male was bailed to appear at Oxford police station on Monday.
No further action was taken.
The incident was alleged to have happened by Carfax Tower on Sunday, June 16.
