THE new series reviewing tea rooms in Oxfordshire is a great addition to the food and drink section of the paper.
Written by Mary Evans Young, it will provide encouragement to visit them through its tempting insights.
The first one about Foodies of Deddington, certainly does just that — “the Guinness and chocolate cake” being the temptation in my case.
During the course of the series, I hope Mary will review independent tea rooms and cafés in the larger towns/city as this may tempt more people into trying them, rather than one from a national coffee shop chain.
