OXFORD MAGISTRATES.

  • NICOLA FREEMAN, 54, of Crabtree Corner, Ipsden, near Wallingford, admitted drink- driving in Crabtree Corner on May 14. Had 112 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Given a 23-month driving ban, fined £1,500 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £150 and costs of £85.
  • STUART GALLACHER, 48, of Pike Terrace, Oxford, admitted breaching an antisocial behaviour order by being drunk in public in Holywell Street, Oxford on June 29. Fined £100 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £20.
  • JAMES LAYDEN, 28, of Windale Avenue, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Station Road, Didcot, on June 14. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.
  • ELLENA PRESCOTT, 29, of Kestrel Crescent, Littlemore, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Thames Street, Oxford, on June 15. Had 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Given a 12-month driving ban, fined £50 and told to pay a £20 victim surcharge.
  • JASON RONALDSON, 38, of Foxwell Drive, Headington, Oxford, admitted stealing £31.51 worth of meat from the Cherwell Drive Co-Op in Marston on June 29. Given a three-month suspended prison sentence because of persistent offending while subject to court orders.

  • JOHN HENRY WALLS, 62, of Ducklington Lane, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Colville Close in Bampton on June 13. Had 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Given a 12-month driving ban, fined £340 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.
