OXFORD: The new Sainsbury’s store in Cowley has created 135 jobs.
The store is opening in the former B&Q unit in Templars Shopping Park at 9am on July 17.
Among the staff moving in to the 18,000 sq ft site are some who used to work at the former Cowley Centre Sainsbury’s, which closed in 2000.
More than 400 people applied for the posts at the new store.
