AT the beginning of June, I sent three letters to authorities responsible for Kidlington High Street.
Only one officer responded. He was from the (county) highways department. The district council and the police have so far ignored me.
The officer from highways agreed with everything I said but added the ball is in the court of Cherwell District Council, who are dragging their feet to implement the installation of the rising bollards.
