Four new bike stands have been installed in Church Street, Charlbury, outside the Rose & Crown pub.
It is hoped the move will both encourage residents to bike into the town centre and persuade passing cyclists to spend time in the town.
The work was funded by Oxfordshire County Council after a request from the Charlbury Cycling Group.
