CHILDREN at an Oxford school were given a workshop with a Mediterranean flavour.
Youngsters at Headington School were led by Rosa Maria from Camino de Flamenco in a colourful flamenco workshop last Wednesday.
Rachael Pike, head of modern languages at the school, said: “Here at Headington we really want to make languages come alive for pupils.
“With Rosa’s fantastic class we have given them a taste of that vibrant Spanish culture.”
One of the girls who took part, Emma Coindy, 12, said: “I’ve never done anything like this before and I didn’t think it would be this fun.
“It was good to learn something new.”
