A 30-year-old man was airlifted to hospital today after his car crashed into a tree.
Firefighters released the man from his car following the smash on the B4437 near Charlbury at about 2.35pm.
Fire crews from Charlbury, Chipping Norton, and the rescue vehicle from Kidlington attended.
Police closed part of the road during the incident but it was reopened by 4.15pm.
Details of the man’s injuries were not available, but police believe they are minor.
Only one car was involved.
