A man charged with hitting a driver over the head with a bike lock had his case at Oxford Maguistrates’ Court adjourned yesterday, after claiming he had lost his voice.
Luke Wilmshurst, of Banbury Road, was charged with actual bodily harm and criminal damage after the incident in Parks Road on Saturday, June 16.
Defence lawyer Daniel Wright said Wilmshurst, 41 could not give instructions and his case was adjourned until Monday.
