ABINGDON: An inquest opened yesterday into the death of a man who died after a car crash.
Joseph Fairhurst, from Shadwell Road, Berinsfield, died after his car hit a tree on Thursday.
His blue Ford Fiesta swerved off Abingdon Road near Clifton Hampden village just after midnight.
The 22-year-old was a pupil at John Mason School in Abingdon.
The inquest was adjourned for a date to be fixed.
