A man has appeared in court charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
Jordan Gibbs, of Saxon Way, Headington, attended a preliminary hearing yesterday at Oxford Crown Court.
The 26-year-old is accused of committing the crimes on September 30 last year, against a woman who cannot be identified.
He has not yet entered a formal plea and is due to appear in court again, for a plea and case management hearing, on September 30.
Gibbs was released on conditional bail.
