A POWER cut at Oxford County Hall in New Road left a person stuck in a lift for 20 minutes this morning.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue responded to the incident at 8.50am and rescued the trapped person by 9.10am.
Southern Electric sent an engineer to fix the County Hall’s transformer, which left the whole building without power.
Power was restored by 10.15am.
