BEAUTY treatments, a fashion show, zumba demonstrations and gifts stalls are among the highlights of a fundraising ladies’ pamper night.

A group of Willand mums are staging the girly gathering in the village hall in an effort to raise more than £1,000 for Breast Cancer UK and Willand School.

Top of bill is a fashion show organised by Jo Amor Designs in Tiverton with school mums and pupils as models.

Treatments on offer will include tanning booth sessions, mini-manicures, reflexology and foot treatments. A licensed bar will also be on offer.

Tickets, priced £10, include a glass of bubbly on arrival, a seat at the Jo Amor Fashion Show, a goody bag and chance to book a mini-treatment for £5.50.

Helena Shotton, one the organisers, said: “This is our second pamper night – our first was a sell-out and huge success and now we are building on that to ensure this one is just as much fun.

“We are donating £1 from each ticket sale to Breast Cancer UK, a cause close to the hearts of many women. It looks set to be a truly wonderful event.

“A host of local beauticians will be coming along to pamper our ladies and we want to thank them all in advance for supporting us.

“We also have a range of stalls run by local people with gorgeous goodies for sale, ranging from jewellery and perfumes, to candles and soaps. It should be a great night.”

Tickets are available from Willand School office, Willand One Stop shop and Willand Post Office.
