Cowley Road reopened this morning after a fire tore through Cycle King yesterday.
The road was closed all day yesterday following the fire at 7.30am.
The flames in the three-storey building forced residents to escape from neighbouring homes and shops.
Nobody was injured in the fire, which witnesses reported blew the doors off the shop with flames reaching 15ft above the roof.
Eight fire engines and 70 firefighters from stations all over Oxfordshire tackled the fire.
