- Aamir Arfi, 19, of Middleton Road, Banbury, convicted of driving without insurance in Marshall Road, Banbury, on August 31. Fined £600 and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on licence.
- Sarah Ashwell, 38, of Latimer Road, Carterton, convicted of speeding in Woodstock Road, Witney, on July 24. Drove at 38mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £200 and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given three points on licence.
