BANBURY teenager Jay Johnson has been given an Antisocial Behaviour Order after he was convicted of using threatening, abusive, or insulting behaviour towards police.
Johnson, 18, of Mawle Court, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after he admitted the offence at North Oxfordshire Magistrates Court yesterday.
Police spokesman Kate Smith said he became abusive towards officers after he was caught on CCTV cameras on August 20 kicking shop windows.
The ASBO prevents Johnson from being drunk in public in Banbury.
