A family has paid tribute to the "best son, brother and uncle in the world", who died in a car accident 13 days ago.
Relatives of 21-year-old James Franklin, who died after a collision on the A415 near Ducklington, south of Witney, say they cannot imagine life without him.
They have also called for action to improve safety on the section of the road past Cokethorpe School, where five people have died in three years.
