WHILE walking through Westgate Shopping Centre recently, it came as no surprise to me that it is as cold as ever.
Other shopping centres are warm, bright, and airy. The Westgate is dark, dismal, and antiquated.
Many other venues are being updated and modernised, the Westgate stays the same. The writing may well be on the wall, perhaps someone is aware.
