LOVING homes are needed for two ponies.
One-year-old Duke and two-year-old Jasmine were taken in by Blue Cross animal charity in Burford last year.
Jasmine was found roaming and abandoned on the A40 before she was taken in by the charity in September 2012.
Laura Pearce, acting rehoming coordinator at the Blue Cross Burford horse unit, is appealing for new homes for the pair.
The 26-year-old said: “Duke is a friendly cob yearling who was rescued in a terrible condition, but since being here he has made an incredible recovery.
“He needs someone who has the time and patience to continue with his training.
“Jasmine is a young black mare who was rescued in a poor condition. Since being at the Blue Cross centre she has come on leaps and bounds.
“She is very inquisitive and playful and is always the first to greet you in the morning.”
