DATES have been announced for a public exhibition on major plans to redevelop West Way shopping area in Botley, Oxford.
Doric Properties bosses will be Seacourt Hall, Chapel Way, Botley, on Thursday, February 28, from 2-7.30pm, and Saturday, March 2, from 11am-3pm.
It wants to knock down buildings including Botley Library and the hall to make way for a cinema, supermarket, shops, student rooms and new library and hall.
Visitors to the exhibition will be able to talk to Doric staff and fill in a questionairre.
The developer has signed a conditional agreement with landowner Vale of White Horse District Council to develop the site.
Founding Doric partner Simon Hillcox said: “The conversations we have with local people will help us to shape our proposals as they are developed over the next few months.”
Doric hopes to open the redeveloped site in 2015 or 2016.
