OXFORD: In Scales of Justice on Monday it was reported Kieron Flynn, 27, of Banbury Road, Oxford, had admitted tests done at St Aldate’s Police Station on April 10 found he had cocaine and heroin in his system.
We would like to clarify the charge was that the tests showed the Class A drugs may have been present in his body and that he failed to attend an initial assessment to establish whether he was dependent on or had a propensity to misuse a Class A drug.
