HAVING left Oxford Stadium for six years, after working there for 26 years, I am saddened to hear the stadium is closing.
My thoughts go to all the staff. I myself spent most of my working days there and the memories of great things that happened will be with me forever – the great speedway nights, Pall Mall finals etc and that place Sandy Lane to be bulldozed, a crying shame.
To the staff at the stadium, my best wishes go out to you all.
