I WRITE regarding the Parish Church of Holy Trinity Headington Quarry.
The following is an extract from the Parish Profile, job description, which was prepared in 2007 by the then PCC and sent to all would-be applicants for the vacant post of priest-in-charge.
“There have been preliminary consultations with the Diocese on the desirability of an extension to provide for a number of current needs, especially related to increasing capacity and providing greater access for wheelchair users.”
For those who may not know, the reordering of Holy Trinity is not something initiated by the present vicar, it was required by those who selected him.
