THIS is a poem from a Year 6 pupil.
A million shades of blue,
scattered on the ground.
Kids splashing frantically, as the floods come in from the shore.
Like deep, dark tear drops, rising off the ground and when the sky turns it to grey, more began to fall.
Silent whispers fell, as the streets boomed in darkness and hours later sunset passes.
Half the flood evaporates, as the whispering winds talking, and now half the streets are clear.
It is easy for people to walk in.
