Parking charges at park and ride depots north of Oxford are due to be brought in on Monday.
The £3 daily charge for drivers who park for more than 11 hours at Thornhill or Water Eaton were due to come in on November 26, but the implementation was delayed due to flooding.
Plans to bring them in on December 3 were then scuppered by a problem with the online payment system, but the council announced it was aiming for December 10 for full implementation.
