IT isn’t just people who have been caught up in the city’s flooding.
A guinea pig, a rabbit, and two hibernating hedgehogs were handed in to West Oxford Animal Rescue on Tuesday following the flooding in Osney.
Owner of the centre, Janet Butler said pets were often forgotten when flooding struck as owners looked to stem the damage to their properties.
She said: “They were terrified when we found them, but now they are all okay and we hope someone recognises them.”
If you recognise the animals or can help reunite them with their owners, call the centre on 01865 438128.
