OXFORD: Korean rapper Psy who became an Internet sensation is to address the Oxford Union.
His debut single Gangnam Style got to number one in the UK charts in September after becoming a worldwide hit on YouTube.
The 34-year-old singer will address the union on Wednesday at 2pm.
