CAMPBELL Joan Sylvia Passed away peacefully on 18th July 2023, aged 96 years. Joan was the former president of the Royal British Legion from 1953 and was proud to serve this county. She is much loved and will be sadly missed. Funeral Service to be held at Oxford Crematorium on 15th August 2023 at 11.00am. No flowers by request.
