TOMORROW's show by East End punks Cockney Rejects at the O2 Academy Oxford, has been cancelled.

The 70s punks, best known as professional West Ham fans and founders of the boisterous 'Oi' scene, have been forced to pull the plug on their tour due to delays in finishing their film East End Babylon.

A statement on behalf of the 'Oi, Oi, Oi' stars says: "Due to unavoidable delays in the post production process of the film a decision has been reached by all parties that the UK tour is hereby re-scheduled to coincide with the Worldwide DVD release of the film in March 2013

"This has been a very difficult decision to make, and was not taken lightly.

"We apologise to all supporters who have already purchased tickets, and wish to assure you all that tickets will be valid for the same venues, or a full refund can be obtained. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and we sincerely hope to see you all in March 2013."

The band, whose cover of I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles, has become a West Ham anthem, features brothers Jeff and Mick Geggus as well as Tony Van Frater and Andrew Laing.

Their film, directed by Richard England, portrays the harsh relaities of life in East London, as it was, and was due to have been released earlier this year.

The postponement will disappoint fans of the famously footie-mad, brawl-loving bad boys of punk rock.
