A TRAIN operator has been named best in its class for passenger satisfaction.
Chiltern Railways is the highest-rated rail operator in Oxfordshire, according to the latest National Rail Passenger Survey.
The operator scored overall passenger satisfaction score of 91 per cent – beating rival First Great Western, which scored 80 per cent.
It also scored 92 per cent for punctuality.
Managing director Rob Brighouse said: “Giving our passengers an excellent experience is incredibly important to us.”
