Property prices in Oxfordshire have risen for the fourth month in a row.
Latest figures from the Government’s Land Registry show the average price of a property in October was £244,286, a rise of 0.2 per cent on the previous month.
In the last year the figure has risen by 2.9 per cent and remains at its highest since May 2008.
