SMITH KEVIN (SMITHY) Passed away peacefully on Monday 21st November aged 40. Loving husband to Melanie, much loved father to Lilly and step-father to Louise. Loving son to Matt and Jane, dearest brother to Tara, brother-in-law to Craig, uncle to Jamie and Alfie. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.Funeral service wil be held at Oxford Crematorium on Thursday 8th December at 12.00. No flowers. Donations to Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis.
